Winfield California Bird of Paradise Ashtrays

From The 1940s

 

The Winfield Pottery of Pasadena, California, was one of the many potteries making hand-painted dinnerware and accessories in the 1940s. These two ashtrays have a Bird of Paradise motif in yellow, blue and pale green. Each measures 3 3/4" in length and 3" in width. There is a cigarette rest at the wide end. The name Winfield is inscribed on the reverse side.
