“Mary Had A Little Lamb”

This little cup by Noritake pictures Mary and her little lamb on one side with the first 2 lines of the nursery rhyme: “Mary had a little lamb, It’s fleece was white as snow”. Mary is wearing a blue dress & a white bonnet, and carrying a schoolbook. The Noritake imprint on the bottom is in green. Noritake is above the wreath. Below it says hand painted and Made in Japan. Stamped in gold above the logo is “Compliments of the Standard Furniture Co., Seattle, Wash. The cup has a blue band around the top. It is 2 3/8” high and has a 2 ½” diameter. There are no chips or cracks.
