Prussian Soldier Mini-Stein Toothpick Holder

This Mini-Stein may have been made to handle matches, but it could as easily be a toothpick holder. It is likely of a pot-metal or it may be pewter. It is a dull gray color. The figure is of a Prussian soldier with a large mustache. It is 2 ¾” high. There are no markings or identification. It is what it is.
