Disney Bambi & Thumper Twinkies Box

Ivory Colored Plastic

This box, probably from the 1950s shows Bambi, Thumper and friends in relief. It measures 6 ½” x 8 ¼” on the outside of the lid. Although it looks like an ivory-colored celluloid, it is most likely plastic. The depth is 1”. There is one little speck of black that seems to be right in the plastic. The back of the box reads Twinkies The Nubone Co. Inc. Erie, PA. There is no Disney mark on the box. This is a great addition to a collection of Disneyana.
