Fostoria Century Tricorne BonbonIn CrystalFostoria made its popular Century pattern, in crystal, from 1949 until it closed in 1986. This piece is called a tricorne bonbon; presumable the shape is for the tri corn hats worn in the Revolutionary times. It is just over 7" at the widest part. There are 3 small feet, or toes on the bottom, matched with the shallow part of the bowl. Century’s distinctive "flowing raindrops" design is found along the rim. There is a small piece of ash in the glass near one of the corners, which does not detract from the piece.
