Northwood Twist Vase In Chinese Coral

The Northwood glass Co. closed by the end of the 1920s. One of the last colors of glass the company made was Chinese Coral. This vase has a twist pattern. It is 7" tall and has a base diameter of 3". Chinese Coral can range from orange to dark red, and has a swirled, or slag, appearance. This piece is solid in color and is almost a true red. There is a piece of ash under the glaze at the top edge.
