ANTIQUE WEEK IN LINCOLN CITY, OREGON

Lincoln City, OR - Antique Week in Lincoln City, Oregon makes its
2012 appearance February 10-20. The event is one of the longest running
events currently held by the Lincoln City Visitor and Convention Bureau
- and for a good reason! Antique Week features celebrity appearances
from the former HGTV "Collector Inspector," Harry Rinker (February
10-13, 2012), an opportunity to win a weekend for two to Lincoln City,
appraisals, workshops, a scavenger hunt, special glass art drops and
more!

The featured theme for the 2012 Antique Week is "Superheroes".
Superhero antiques and antiques donning superhero insignia or graphics
will be appraised for free on February 11 at the "Oregon Coast
Antiques and Collectibles Appraise-A-Thon" at Chinook Winds Casino
Resort; February 12 at the Little Antique Mall and on February 13 at the
Lincoln City Cultural Center, each property a co-sponsor of the event
for 2012. Non-superhero antiques can be appraised at various locations
during the 10-day event.

The annual event also features sales and promotions at the antique
stores in Lincoln City. A map of the participating businesses - and
full schedule of events - is available both online and in physical form
at a variety of locations in Lincoln City.

For the glass art enthusiast the Lincoln City Visitor and Convention
Bureau will be "dropping" over 200 additional pieces of glass art on the
beaches from February 18-20, 2012. Glass art includes antique Japanese
glass floats, contemporary glass floats, glass sand dollars and glass
crabs.
